In addition, Orléans Express offers products designed for business travelers, tour wholesalers and travel agents.

Paratransit services for persons with reduced mobility

Experienced drivers

Orléans Express drivers act as ambassadors among our passengers. Chosen for their safe driving skills and their judgment, all of our drivers undergo a five-week training session in customer service and greeting passengers as soon as they are hired.

In addition, we organize training workshops every year, where our drivers can learn about the most recent technological advances with which our vehicles are equipped and practise the latest driving techniques on ice and in emergency situations.

66Safe and comfortable vehicles

Orléans Express coaches are among the most luxurious and comfortable on the market. The average age of our vehicles is two and a half years, which means that we operate the most modern fleet of buses in North America. These vehicles are equipped with the most recent technological advances, and are subjected to a meticulous mechanical inspection, maintenance and cleaning program in order to ensure that they are always in immaculate condition and 100% safe.

An economical and sustainable mode of transportation

Riders who use Orléans Express services rather than a personal vehicle for their intercity travel generate considerable fuel savings and make a significant contribution to the reduction of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. Orléans Express complies with the most stringent environmental standards in the industry, and is committed to using recyclable materials and alternative energies, wherever possible. Recycling and safe recovery of pollutants and hazardous materials are an integral part of the standards and procedures that are applied to all of the Company’s activities.
